Why are failures important than success?

We all celebrate success and generally not very happy about failures. The reason seems to be very obvious for the most of us; success always treated as a value addition whereas failures as a value subtraction but for me both are value additions and failure is more important than success. lets see why I am saying that.

Success tells that we can do, which is also important and there is no question about it but what does a failure say? The reasons for a failure can be external which we don't have any control and internal like mistakes, weakness, preparation and etc. I believe most of the failures are due to internal reasons but when we fail due to some external reasons then we can handle it the way Sandeep Maheshwari handles. Every failure gives a great experience and helps to grow up.

"All my life, I have been a failure. A failure when I dropped out of college. A failure when I started my career. A failure when I wrote a book. A failure when my business closed down... but, a failure to others, not to myself. And, you can also turn your failures into success, just like I did!" - Sandeep Maheshwari
I failed many times in my life and one of them was when they made me promise on earth in front of my mother. Another one: I was one of the top students in my class and topped in several talent exams in the school and when I wrote a talent exam in other school and I failed. There were several reasons to it but this failure helped a lot in my ways; I got know where I stand, what I should improve and etc.

Every failure helped to handle my further life better and better. I never saw my failures as meeting others exceptions or blamed either myself or anyone for my failures instead took them as positively and improved upon them and may be that was the reason why I am where I am today.

Failures come only to them who try to do something better and only those people move ahead.
